Social

Social is the page for drafting, scheduling, publishing, and tracking posts across LinkedIn, X / Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit — most often generated from the same ChangeLog and release notes the rest of Launch consumes. It lives at /<workspace>/social, sits behind a Launch-tier plan, and is shown by default to the Marketing role.

Tabs

Six tabs across the top:

Create

The default landing tab and the entry point for new content. Two paths:

  • Compose — the post composer. Pick one or more target platforms (multi-select with per-platform character limits enforced inline), write the body, attach images or video from your media library or upload directly, and either send now, schedule for later, or save as draft. The composer offers a "copy" action so you can paste the same content elsewhere.
  • Ideas — the AI suggests post headlines based on your recent ChangeLog entries, a feature that just shipped, or a trending topic; click a suggestion and it pre-fills the composer (and is saved as a "rough draft" in the background so nothing is lost).

The Create tab also accepts deep links from elsewhere in the app — for instance, "share this changelog entry" from Code → ChangeLog drops you straight into the composer with the post pre-populated.

Drafts

Posts you've started but haven't sent or scheduled. Each draft shows its target platforms, the topic bucket it was associated with, and its status (rough vs. polished). Click a draft to resume editing in the composer.

Schedule

Posts queued to fire at a future time. Each row shows when it'll publish, where, and what — drag a row to reschedule, or click into it to edit before it sends. The Inbox sidebar's Scheduled filter links here for upcoming items.

History

Already-published posts, with delivery status per platform (sent / failed / pending), the platform-side post URL, and basic engagement counts pulled back from the platform's API where available. Failed sends surface here with the error message and a retry action.

Pages

The same GA4 dashboard you'd see in Discover → Analytics → Usage, scoped to page-level conversion behavior so you can see whether the traffic from a post actually did anything once it landed. Useful for the loop where you draft a post, send it, then come back here a day later to see what it drove.

Creatives

A library of images and videos available to attach to posts — uploaded media, AI-generated images, rendered video clips, and stills extracted from longer videos. Sub-tabs filter by type. Generating a new creative happens through chat or through dedicated agents bound to image/video hooks.

Connecting accounts

The cog icon at the top right opens the Social Integrations modal where you connect each platform. Each platform uses its own OAuth handshake — LinkedIn-as-page vs LinkedIn-as-person, Facebook page vs personal account, etc. — and the modal walks through them. The same modal opens automatically if you arrive on the page with ?tab=integrations.

Connected accounts persist per workspace; remove an account from the same modal when you no longer want the workspace publishing through it.

How Social ties to the other pillars

  • From Code → ChangeLog — most posts originate as the AI's summary of a recent release, with platform-appropriate phrasing.
  • From Roadmap — moving a feature card to Complete triggers the social agent to draft launch posts that point at the new functionality, ready for your review in Drafts.
  • From Discover → Analytics — the Pages tab here is the same GA4 surface, scoped to per-post performance, so you can tell which platform mix actually moves the metric you care about.
  • To Inbox — sent and failed posts surface as Sent / Drafts notifications in Inbox so the team sees what went out without staring at this tab.
