Inbox
Inbox is the unified place for everything your workspace wants you to see — agent updates, questions an agent is waiting on you to answer, feature events, GitHub activity, billing notices, integration alerts, and onboarding nudges. It's the first screen you land on at /<workspace>/home.

Layout
Inbox is a three-column view:
- Sidebar (left) — categories and status filters.
- List (middle) — the current notifications, newest first.
- Detail panel (right) — the full content of a selected item, plus any actions it offers (answer a question, open the related feature, jump to the underlying chat, etc.). It only shows when something is selected.
Selecting an item also auto-collapses the main app sidebar so the detail has room to breathe — closing it brings the sidebar back.
Categories
Each notification carries a category, shown as a colored dot in the sidebar and a colored left-border on the list item:
- Agent — agent runs (started, completed, failed) and progress milestones.
- Question — an agent is paused waiting for your input. These are the highest-priority items because the agent doesn't move forward until you answer.
- Feature — feature created, status change, scheduled run.
- Document — doc created, edited by a teammate or by an agent.
- Workspace — invites, role changes, structural updates.
- Billing / Subscription — credit balance, invoices, plan changes.
- GitHub — PR opened, review requested, checks failed/passed.
- Terminal — terminal device connected/disconnected, session events.
- Integrations — Jira/Linear/Discord/Gmail/Calendar webhook events.
- Onboarding — guided next-step suggestions for new workspaces.
- System / Other — anything that doesn't fit above.
Only categories with at least one current notification appear in the sidebar — the list stays short.
Reading, marking, and dismissing
- Click a notification to open it. It auto-marks as read.
- Hover an unread item to reveal Mark as read (✓) and Dismiss (🗑) on the right side.
- Header buttons act on the whole filtered list: Mark All Read and Clear All (dismiss everything currently shown).
- Dismissed items move to Archived — they're not deleted, just out of the way.
Answering agent questions
When an agent hits a decision it can't make on its own, it raises a Question notification with the choices it's considering. Open it from Inbox, pick an answer (or write a custom one), and the agent resumes from where it paused. These also arrive by email if you've enabled email notifications — clicking through deep-links straight to the right Inbox item with the option pre-selected.
Status filters
Below the categories, the sidebar has filters that slice across types:
- Drafts — notifications that are queued but not yet sent (e.g. a draft customer announcement waiting on your approval).
- Scheduled — opens the standalone Scheduler page for items that fire at a future time.
- Snoozed — temporarily hidden; they'll resurface when their snooze window ends.
- Sent — notifications that have already been delivered out (e.g. emails that went to your customer list).
- Archived — everything you've dismissed.
Notification settings
The cog icon in the Inbox header opens your notification settings (/<workspace>/settings?tab=notifications), where you choose which categories notify you in-app, by email, or by browser push.
