Smoother video scenes, one-click meeting join, and a steadier voice assistant

· 3 min read

Video quotes now match what renders, meetings can be joined and recorded in one click, and the voice assistant stays connected as you navigate.

This update makes video creation more predictable, since quotes now match what actually renders. Meetings gain one-click join and auto-record, and the voice assistant stays connected as you move around the app. Campaigns and the Roadmap also get some tidying.

Video

  • Video estimates now match what the renderer will accept, and they use your workspace's default voices, so quoted lengths and credit totals line up with the final result.
  • Narration-only scenes can now be carried by an avatar presenter, so longer narrated shots work without timing or speed-up problems, even when video models are unavailable.
  • Building scenes is smoother: blocked actions take you straight to the step that needs attention, chat and voice tools can reuse the last frame of a previous scene, and split scenes no longer get stuck generating close-ups.
  • The video editor's back arrow returns you to the page you came from, audio length warnings rely on real measurements instead of estimates, and the timeline scrollbar is easier to see and use.

Meetings

  • Join and auto-record a meeting in one click from the Meetings page or the calendar event drawer, with support for Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and more.
  • Conference links are detected more reliably: links in email invites resolve through redirectors like SafeLinks and match what the Meetings page shows, and events with several join links now report all of them.
  • Meeting speakers and minute recipients pre-populate from the scheduled calendar invite, which saves setup time.

Voice assistant

  • Voice sessions stay connected when you navigate in the app, including from the Roadmap into a feature. Interruptions no longer drop unanswered requests, and a silent timeout now retries automatically instead of leaving you with an empty response.
  • Navigation is more dependable: asking to switch to a missing tab gets a spoken reply, misplaced navigation requests send you to the right page, and asking about a stale page triggers a refresh.

Campaigns and planning

  • Campaign tabs are reorganized, with dedicated Ads and Other tabs replacing Assets so channel-specific outputs are easier to review.
  • Completed items on the Roadmap board and list can be filtered by the last day, 7 days, 30 days or all time, and your choice is remembered per browser.
  • The Strategy page and its tabs no longer show error banners for workspaces without a campaign plan. They now show upgrade information instead.
