Book meetings by voice, rich-text email, and a redesigned Strategy Campaigns page
· 2 min read
Meetings can be booked by voice or chat, the email composer gains rich-text formatting, Strategy Campaigns is redesigned, and releases roll back less often by mistake.
You can now book calendar meetings just by asking, and the email composer has a full rich-text toolbar. Strategy Campaigns has been rebuilt around expandable rows and tabs, and releases are steadier, with fewer false-alarm rollbacks.
Voice and calendar
- Book calendar meetings by voice or chat, including invites and Google Meet links. You confirm every meeting before it is booked.
- Ask the voice agent to open your Inbox filtered to the Respond triage category.
- The voice agent acts straight away on clear, complete requests. When you describe a problem, it asks a clarifying question instead of jumping ahead or ending the conversation.
Email and meetings
- The email composer has a rich-text toolbar for formatting, links and bulleted lists. AI-drafted emails keep their styling and spacing.
- The Meetings table has a more compact layout, with colour-coded status pills, meeting type tags and overlapping participant avatars.
Features and Kanban
- Hover over a Kanban info pill to see the feature's full journey: its history, timeline, retries and recovery steps.
- Create features straight from markdown or text files in a connected repository. A searchable plans view helps you find the right file, and you can refresh a feature as the source changes.
- A new queue-awareness agent flags release prerequisites and suspected duplicates among your queued features.
Strategy Campaigns and analytics
- Strategy Campaigns now has expandable campaign rows with Social, Storyboards, Email and Config tabs, plus voice control. The Journey section is collapsible and starts collapsed, and Analytics and Strategy Campaigns now share one set of public pages.
- Landing page and campaign reports load faster. Campaign attribution now tracks UTM parameters for up to 90 days and reports purchases on successful checkouts.
Reliability
- Releases roll back less often by mistake. Rollbacks only trigger when an error spike is statistically significant, they reliably find the revision to return to, and automatic retries no longer override a manual takeover.
- Formatted paragraphs in collaborative documents no longer show duplicated text.
