Meeting invitations in email, Security review in Discover, and smarter computer reservations
· 2 min read
Email gains meeting invitation cards with RSVP, Discover adds a Security review panel, and computer reservations and voice features are more reliable.
Email now shows meeting invitations as cards you can answer on the spot, and Discover gains a Security review panel with clearer status and controls. Computer reservations are more predictable, with runs waiting up to 7 days for a reservable computer. Voice settings, voice chats, and the workspace switcher also got attention.
Email and calendar
- Meeting invitations appear as cards in the email view, with event details, RSVP buttons, an availability check, and voice responses.
Security review in Discover
- Discover jobs have a new Security review log panel and preview status chips, with optional tool installs on job cards, a prompt to approve new GitHub permissions when security alerts need them, and a help topic linked from the Security review card.
- Discover jobs are checked against your catalog when they are dispatched or run manually, so restricted or unavailable content is skipped and stopped.
- Security alert emails leave out sensitive vulnerability details.
Computers and agents
- Computers marked "Not reservable" no longer receive reservations or routed tasks, even during concurrent runs, and runs now wait up to 7 days for a reservable computer instead of 60 minutes.
- Terminal connections can run alongside existing work and send a notice instead of refusing the reservation, and read-only coding-agent sessions such as Claude Code and Codex now reject unsupported commands.
Voice
- The voice settings panel has a wider layout with side-by-side cards and a collapsible Advanced section.
- Chats started by voice keep their chat ID in the URL and show an accurate connection status.
- Avatar voice recordings are checked in your browser before cloning, with clear messages when a sample falls short, and a temporary storage problem no longer asks you to re-record a valid sample.
Workspace and interface
- You can create a new workspace straight from the workspace switcher, with limit checks built in.
- Workspace search results in chat show feature and document names as direct links instead of technical IDs.
- The feature header is less cluttered, with secondary actions in a "More actions" menu and a popup for hidden collaborators, and the deploy stage has a unified panel layout with live status in the summary card.
