SendGrid email sending, open-ended voice grants, and workspace-scoped presenters

· 2 min read

SendGrid email sending arrives in Launch, voice grants no longer expire by default, presenters are scoped to workspaces, and several upgrade and setup issues are fixed.

This update brings SendGrid email sending to Launch, makes voice access easier to live with, and keeps video presenters isolated to the workspace they belong to. It also fixes several rough edges around upgrades, social setup and the deployments board.

Email in Launch

  • Connect SendGrid under the new "Emails (sending)" group in Launch integrations. Workspace owners and admins can set up email delivery for CRM campaigns, and legacy HubSpot campaigns are deprecated in favor of SendGrid.

Voice

  • Voice grants no longer expire by default. They stay active until you revoke them, and you can still set a time limit if you want one.
  • The voice assistant asks for confirmation before navigating to a page it may have misheard.
  • If you interrupt an announcement before hearing a task's outcome, the result is queued again and delivered.
  • The voice-avatar recording tool now has a microphone selector, so you can pick the input device you want.

Presenters and security

  • Presenters are now isolated to their own workspace, and empty workspaces get a dedicated onboarding flow.
  • Avatar looks that aren't registered to your workspace are rejected, and avatar updates only apply to the right workspace.
  • Instagram user and media IDs are now validated to block invalid and forged requests.

Fixes and polish

  • Upgrading your plan now unlocks features like Discover and Launch in the sidebar immediately, with no page refresh needed.
  • The deployments board no longer shows "Production current" next to a warning that commits are behind.
  • The social empty state opens the channel connection window directly, and layouts on smaller screens are tidier.
  • Coding agent routing no longer keeps running after it has been parked for capacity.

Plus 1 smaller improvement.
