Clearer setup feedback and fixes for repository sync and voice cloning

Setup shows clearer progress in the chat bar, and repository sync and voice cloning failures are fixed.

This update makes onboarding easier to follow and removes two sources of confusing failures. Setup now shows you when it's still working, repository sync is more dependable, and voice cloning errors say what actually went wrong.

• The setup readiness indicator in the chat bar now shows a loading spinner and responds faster, so you can see that onboarding is still running.
• Repository sync no longer fails when records are dropped or summaries are missing, and transcripts are read more reliably.
• Voice cloning problems are no longer wrongly reported as authorization failures, and the status of your voice provider credentials is now checked correctly at startup and on each request.
