Teammate computer routing, redesigned meeting minutes emails and sturdier automated maintenance

· 2 min read

Tasks can run on teammates' computers, meeting minutes emails are redesigned, and automated maintenance is more dependable.

Tasks can now run on teammates' computers when yours are busy, and meeting minutes emails get a full redesign. Automated maintenance also became more dependable, with fewer stuck or prematurely closed pull requests, and the Roadmap page gained an Ideas tab.

Working with teammates' computers

  • Tasks are routed to teammate-contributed computers when your own devices are busy or unavailable, which cuts wait times.
  • Terminal sessions now start correctly on teammates' pooled computers.
  • Agent recovery is more reliable: rerouted runs no longer replay finished steps and fail, and coding agents no longer get false health strikes when a session start is refused for environment or computer reasons.

Meeting minutes

  • Meeting minutes emails are redesigned with a full-width branded layout, action items at the top, an AI Expedite sender identity and more reliable delivery.

Roadmap and chat

  • The Roadmap page has a new Ideas tab between Backlog and Kanban, and feedback cards in the "Not approved" section no longer appear cut off.
  • Chat is cleaner: the voice button has a new filled waveform design that shows session status more clearly, the microphone icon is gone from the iOS composer to give the text field more room, and the raw-response tooltip is removed from messages.

Automated maintenance

  • The Ship Maintenance card now shows maintenance status updates in your deployed environment.
  • Hidden and excluded repositories no longer receive automated maintenance, and any open maintenance work for them is cleanly retired.
  • Open bot-configuration pull requests update automatically when their required edits change, and they no longer close themselves unexpectedly.
  • Pull requests are no longer approved while CI workflows are still running or waiting for approval, and closing a pull request no longer deletes a branch that other open pull requests still use.
  • Maintenance mode confirms identity for better security, and pull requests merge automatically when missing review approvals are the only thing blocking them.
